Donald JarmondDonald Jarmond is a multifaceted professional with a deep passion for marketing, music, and production. Holding a B.S. in Business Operations from DeVry University, he launched his career with an independent marketing contract for No Limit Records in Atlanta.

He has provided regional marketing support for major industry names including InterScope Records, BMI, Hidden Beach, and Universal Records, eventually becoming a regional marketing rep for Sony Music’s Red Distribution. Building on this momentum, Jarmond founded Jarmond Entertainment Music and co-founded Old School, LLC—ventures that generated over $12 million in gross revenue and reached hundreds of thousands through live events.

Expanding into casting and production, Jarmond co-launched WSA International, LLC, where he contributed to major projects such as STAR, Being Mary Jane, Barbershop III, and All Eyes on Me. He also stepped into producing impactful content, debuting with the short film UNTITLED, inspired by Sandra Bland, and co-producing MAYNARD, a documentary on Atlanta’s first Black mayor.

A committed community leader, Jarmond directed a mentorship program under the C.T. Vivian Leadership Institute, guiding young African American males toward success.

More recently, he founded Good Deeds, a global kindness movement, and Micro to Macro Consulting, which empowers micro and small businesses to grow sustainably. With a mission rooted in service and innovation, Jarmond continues to create platforms that inspire change and leave a lasting legacy.
