Wanda Sloan, of Beloit, Wisconsin, is a retired Human Resources professional and former adjunct faculty member. She has received numerous awards for her community and civic activism, but what she is most proud of is her family—which includes two beloved sons who have passed, two daughters, four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
