She is the founder of The Center for Truth and Healing (CFTH) and Shanta Lana LLC, which operates as First Choice International Solutions, a global consultancy firm. She also serves as Co-Managing Partner of Maverick Global Distribution and Kingdom Reserve LLC, and as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Sponsorships for The Hype Magazine, one of the nation’s premier cultural publications.

A true global connector, Queen Shanta is also an equity investor in several African startups, including La Chaise Innovations and Shalam Transport & Logistics Company, ventures designed to solve real-world challenges through innovation, sustainability, and infrastructure development.
