Michelle Glover is an award-winning HR corporate leader turned purpose-driven entrepreneur. After more than a decade rising through the ranks of a Global Fortune 100 company, she founded Journey Unlimited, LLC, a leadership development firm offering executive coaching and workshops for both small businesses and major corporations.

Michelle holds a B.A. in Psychology from Winthrop University and an M.S. in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina. She is a certified Professional Life Coach and trained facilitator in emotional intelligence, leadership styles, and executive coaching tools like DISC, Korn Ferry, and SDI.

Her powerful journey has been featured in VoyageATL, Who’s Who in Black Atlanta, and numerous award platforms. Among her many honors are the Atlanta Black Chambers’ Transformative Leadership Award, the Trailblazer Award from On Point with Juandolyn Stokes, and being named one of Atlanta’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women by ATL Plus Magazine.

Michelle hosts the Creating Your Unlimited Journey podcast—streamed in 29 countries—and leads the Women’s League of the Atlanta Black Chambers, where she champions women in business and diversity in leadership.
