Terry Brantley, III is the Managing Member of Brantland LLC, a real estate development and management firm specializing in both commercial and residential projects throughout the Southeast. He has developed over 150 acres of land in Atlanta’s Guilford Forest Community, managed over 60,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, and led major construction projects including the Lofts of East Point and Rolling Out Multimedia Studios. He is also the co-founder of Green Energy Lighting LLC (GEL LLC), focusing on construction management, energy-efficient solutions, and affordable housing development.

A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Terry’s career spans over 30 years of leadership in real estate, construction, and mentorship. He is a civic leader, executive coach, championship tennis player, and a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. He serves as a Board Member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlanta and continues to invest in his community, his family, and the next generation of entrepreneurs.
