William “Chill” Rinehart is a seasoned entertainment executive, media strategist, and community advocate with over three decades of experience in music, media, and cultural leadership. As CEO of Come Clean Empire, he leads a dynamic company specializing in artist development, marketing, and management, and serves as Co-Founder of Maverick Global Distribution, helping artists scale their music careers internationally.

Chill also holds the role of Senior Music Editor at The Hype Magazine, connecting with over 750,000 readers monthly. His work extends into film and television as a Music Supervisor for P&W Films, and he has produced and hosted shows that have reached audiences in more than 29 countries.

His industry influence is evident through collaborations with icons like Khujo Goodie, Big V, Jaz-O, and Glace Conway, as well as initiatives like the Grassroots Music Seminar & Concert Series and the Come Clean Industry Conference, both platforms dedicated to artist empowerment and cultural advancement.

Outside of entertainment, Chill is deeply committed to community work. He founded the nonprofit C.O.M.E. C.L.E.A.N., focused on preventing gang violence and equipping youth with tools for success.
